2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 308 , 504, 37q and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 . Allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted the son of the informant by means of Dabiya due to which he sustained injury. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature and petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
