2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 354, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Tabrej Alam are alleged to have tried to outrage the modesty of daughter of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no such occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., took place. Prior to lodging of the present case, petitioner and his father had filed two informatory petitions in the court of learned C.J.M., Rohtas stating therein that victim (daughter of the informant) used to blackmail the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Court, POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 253 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
