The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 81/2016 registered under Sections 467, 468, 407, 420, 120(B), 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Right to Education Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have been selling government books meant for supplying free of cost to the students and, on raid, those books were recovered by the side of the shop of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has not made any interpolation anywhere. He purchased the books and used to sell among the students.

Considering the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four

No.21173 of 2016 (3) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 81/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
