Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No.27 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 363, 366(A), 34 of the IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged has ever taken place. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner nor there is any eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53547 of 2024(4) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the victim is still traceless. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that till date, the victim is traceless, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
