2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS.

3. The allegation against petitioner is to assault the son of the informant along-with other named co-accused persons, where the son of the informant succumbed to injuries received during the occurrence in Sadar Hospital, Ara.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the thrust to cause fatal head injury is available against Anil Kumar and as this petitioner is the mother of the main co-accused Anil Kumar, she was implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50852 of 2025(3) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 with present case without having any cogent material with very general and omnibus allegation qua physical assault. While concluding arguments, it is submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP, opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as allegation to cause fatal head injury is specifically available against co-accused Anil Kumar who is the son of this petitioner, coupled with that fact that allegation is very much general and omnibus against this petitioner, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Bhojpur at Ara /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) Sudha/- U T
