Accepting the submission, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui on the same terms as well as subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
