Petitioners seek bail in Chandramandih P.S. Case No.64 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged in the written report that 180 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from a vehicle. It is alleged that Petitioner No.1 was driver and Petitioner No.2 was sitting in the vehicle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the seizure list it is mentioned that recovery has been made from the road side.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ-II, Jamui, in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No.64 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
