2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(2), 303(2) B.N.S, under Sections 11(1) (A),(D),(E),(I) and (K) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, under Sections 47(a), 48, 54 (1) of Bihar Animal Transportation Act and under Section 4(A) of The Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Act..

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on a secret information that a pickup van without number plate is carrying cows, a raid was conducted and 8 cows were recovered from the seized pickup van in bad and injured condition. The petitioner is alleged to be the driver of the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 59682 of 2025(2) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case and he is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 1106 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
