The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Mithun @ Baidnath Sahni. Petitioner is in custody since 18.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing
