2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P. S. Case No. 170/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of husband of informant by means of lathi, danda. Doctor has found the injury to be grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P. S. Case No. 170/2024.
