ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2018 in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.246 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 401 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and fabricated and no such recovery of master-key has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42433 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.246 of 2018.
