Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Masrakh P.S. case No.224 of 2011 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 353, 307, 379, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the court of Sri S.D. Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Chapra.

Since this is a second application for anticipatory bail on the basis of the materials, which have transpired during investigation conducted by the C.I.D., which is not maintainable, I am not inclined to review the earlier order.
