Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.470 of 2017 dt.17-07-2017 2/2 07.07.2017 the order of surety to the extent providing bank guarantee of Rs.20,00,000/- (rupees twenty lakhs) was already modified. In the circumstances, the Divisional Forest Officer, Sasaram is hereby exonerated as his explanation is satisfactory. Now the petitioner has no grievance to be redressed. Hence, I.A. No. 1285 of 2017 stands disposed of. The grievance of the petitioner regarding ad interim release, the vehicle has already been released. Hence, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction that the pending confiscation proceeding shall remain stayed till disposal of L.P.A. No. 1647 of 2015 (Baleshwar Roy vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and shall be subject to the result of aforesaid L.P.A. (Birendra Kumar, J) Kundan/- AFR/NAFR N.A.
