JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the respondent no.3 against the order of punishment dated 5.11.2016, but the same has not been disposed of.
In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today by a reasoned and speaking order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein.
In order to facilitate early disposal of the appeal, the petitioner may file a copy of the appeal within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no.2.
