The petitioner seeks bail in connection with General Registration No. 854 of 2023 arising out of Deo P.S. Case No. 138 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Recovery is of total 128 litres of mahua liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is incarceration since 06.06.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
