Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the A.P.P. and the complainant.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 406 I.P.C. and section 4 of the D.P.Act. The complainant admitted that the marriage of his daughter was fixed with pettier no.2 but on account of conditional demand of dowry, the negotiation was broken.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that prior to lodging of this complaint case, petitioner no.1 lodged Complaint Case no.1365 of 2013 alleging therein that he went to see his bride and gifted many property but the father of the bride did not come to the house of the petitioners for the rituals of the bridegroom. On facts, it appears that there is dispute between both the parties and petitioner no.2 is ready to marry with the

Considering the facts and nature of allegation aforesaid, petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No.1261 of 2013, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
