Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tarabari P. S. case no. 47/2014 registered under section 304B/34 of the IPC.
Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law whereas rest petitioners are married sisters-in-law of the deceased. The marriage of deceased had taken place two and half years ago and admittedly, she spent her married life in her matrimonial home for near about two and half years. Moreover, no specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners who happen to be ladies.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8748 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Tarabari P. S. case no. 47/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
