Mr. Shekhar Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-07-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/447/302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 385 of 2018.

In the FIR allegation is there against the petitioners and others of making indiscriminate firing on the deceased. The doctor

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7024 of 2021(4) dt.14-07-2021 2/2 has found multiple wound of entry and exit on the person of the deceased.

In the past prayer for bail of petitioner Kuldip Yadav was refused vide order at Annexure-1. The petitioners are in custody since 31.11.2018.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within nine months, failing which the petitioners shall be at liberty to renew the prayer before the Court-below itself.
