The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 278 of 2021 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution story, the FIR has been lodged stating that the petitioner took appointment on the basis of forged certificate and despite amnesty granted to her, she chose not to resign and as such, this FIR.

Considering the allegation that has been levelled against the petitioner that she entered in service on the basis of forged certificate and despite amnesty chose not to resign even
