The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 304(B) and other section of the I.P.C. The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter Bibha Devi was burnt to death by her husband and other in-laws.
It is submitted that the petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-laws of the deceased. No specific allegation has been made against the petitioners. Husband , father-in-law and motherin-law of the deceased were put on trial-vide Sessions Trial No. 685 of 2013 and they were acquitted.

No.8044 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 Considering the fact that no allegation has been made against the petitioners, who are brother-in-law and sister-in-laws of the deceased, the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 79 of 2013 dated 3-5-2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) B.Roy/- U
