JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 The petitioners seek bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018 dated 27.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the petitioners not having given articles on credit, they have been made accused in this case.

Admittedly, the son of the informant had gone to purchase some commodities from the shop of petitioner No.

1. When petitioner No. 1 refused to part with any article on credit, the informant came and accosted him. An occurrence is stated to have taken place thereafter. It is alleged that the informant, her husband and brother-in-law were assaulted by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40422 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 the petitioner No. 2 and others. No injury has been reported on the person of the informant and her brother-in-law. The husband of the informant but has received six injuries, out of which four have been opined to be simple. With respect to two of the other injuries, the opinion is reserved till date. The petitioners are in custody since 28.05.2018. Regard being had to the background facts of the case and the period of custody, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018.
