Petitioner seeks bail in Sakari P.S. Case No.73 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 120-B Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the EC Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that from the First Information Report it is apparent that petitioner was gate-man of the godown of Madhubani Agro Pvt. Ltd.

It is alleged in the written report that 300 bags of rice was found loaded on the truck inside the godown, which was not functional.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48222 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Sakari P.S. Case No.73 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
