The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary despite the fact that he was validly appointed and regularly discharging his work. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda to verify the record and if it is found

Patna High Court CWJC No.15739 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 after verification that the appointment of the petitioner is legal and valid and he is regularly working, the respondent shall take steps for payment of salary to the petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at the earliest within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
