2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 352, 329(4), 109, 115(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and 27 of the Arms Act.
3 . As per prosecution case, informant alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners abused the informant and upon protest, co-accused Amrit Kumar and others assaulted on the head of the informant by butt of pistol as a result of which informant sustained injury .

Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against coaccused Amrit Kumar who has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 09.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 41222 of 2025 . So far as, petitioner No. 2 is concerned, there is no specific accusation of assault against him.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R, with specific accusation of assault and petitioner No. 1 has got 10 criminal antecedents and petitioner No. 2 has got 5 criminal antecedents and some of them are of similar nature .
6. Considering the nature accusation, criminal antecedents of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , the prayer for pre -arrest bail of these petitioners is hereby rejected.
