The petitioner has been in custody since 26.02.2018 in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 93/17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4/5 of the explosive Substance Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is not named in the First Information Report, subsequently, in the confessional statement made before the police by one Mithlesh Pandit, the petitioner has been implicated in connection with this case and is languishing in jail till date. It is further submitted that no T.I. Parade has been held nor has any recovery been made from the petitioner.
