This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 01.04.2014 passed in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 375 of 2012 (G.R. No.5655 of 2012) by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, for the offence under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19261 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 Sections 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 (i) (v) (xi) of the S.C./ S.T. Act. This court does not find any error in the order of cognizance passed by the court below. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to raise all the points at the time of framing of the charge.
