The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with regard to petitioner No. 1 namely Md. Abulaish @ Abulaish since he has been arrested.

Permission is accorded.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61134 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/3 Accordingly, the petition with respect to petitioner No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No. 2 is the mediator who has participated in the marriage of the deceased. She had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased is in judicial custody.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner No. 2, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 142 of 2020, subject to the
