The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded pistol along with one cartridge is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-04-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded pistol along with one cartridge is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
