The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 238 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of the co-accused, the name of the petitioner has been transpired in the instant case. Further he submits that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the Tata Safari, which does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered materials.
