The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and other accused person came to the house of the informant took him to some other place and on way the informant was assaulted by lathi and rod and petitioner no.2 snatched his mobile. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found simple in nature. The occurrence took place on 28.08.2014 for which the F.I.R. was registered on 29.08.2014 and the informant was medically examined on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13902 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 30.08.2014. The doctor found the injury simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No.103 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
