20.05.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 264 of 2013 pending before the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa on the same terms as well as subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.

The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
