JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 365,366 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner kidnapped the sister of the informant and subsequently handed over to a lady for bad purposes.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim were major.

Considering the fact that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has supported the accusation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10072 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
