The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2018 in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the first information report but subsequently, in the confessional statement made before the police by one Pramod Sahni, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a daily wage earner and on the basis of the confessional statement made by coaccused, he is languishing in jail. It is further submitted that till

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015.
