1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents to remove the illegal forceful encroachment of the Kharanja Road, Mauza-

Patna High Court CWJC No.11338 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 Raghauli, P.S.- Bisfi under District of Madhubani land bearing Khata No-1176, Kheshra No-2130 by the Respondent No-8, Respondent No-9, and Respondent No-10 and get it free from the encroachers as provided under the law as well as be pleased to direct the concerned Respondents to give proper legal protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his family members."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
