ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused anticipatory bail by the order dated 3.4.2001 passed in Cr. Misc. 2971 of 2001, whereafter, the second application for anticipatory has been filed. Since this second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the same is dismissed.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 744 of 1999, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
