The petitioner, being the husband of the deceased, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No.393 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that it has been alleged that the deceased died of snake bite and that she was taken to the Sadar Hospital for treatment, no sign of poison has been found in the viscera report, which appears to be peculiar and strange. However, considering the fact that the viscera report does not support the prosecution story, let the petitioner, above

Case No.393 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
