JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek modification of the order dated 06.11.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51642 of 2015, whereby the application for pre-arrest bail was allowed directing the petitioners to be released in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the aforesaid order dated 06.11.2015 could not be communicated to the petitioners within the period
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19820 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 stipulated as a result of which, they failed to surrender within time.
Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances, the period of four weeks granted to the petitioners to surrender in order to furnish sureties in the court below is extended by further two weeks.
The application stands disposed of.
