1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is sister of the main coaccused Prakash Kumar and against her, there is no serious allegation and as per the FIR, co-accused Prakash Kumar enticed away the informant's minor daughter and kept her in the house of this petitioner for some period and except this, there is no any other allegation against this petitioner who is a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54732 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 young woman having fair and clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the alleged offences of the FIR do not attract against her.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly the nature of allegation appearing against this petitioner from the FIR and also, the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
