Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused who were arrested on the spot and petitioner carries criminal antecedent. Therefore, in my view, he is not entitled to get the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Deo Priya, Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai stands rejected. However, if petitioner surrenders before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7867 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 concerned court within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and seeks regular bail, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this rejection order.
