The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 registered under Sections25(i-B)A/25(i-AA), 25(i),(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, his name came in this case on the basis of confidential information. Moreover, no fire-arm was recovered and some tools are said to have been recovered. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner, named-above in the event of arrest or surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4984 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
