No.6979 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/3 The informant Shankar Yadav, lodged an FIR stating therein that the marriage of her daughter was solemnized with co-accused Manoj Yadav. The accused persons tortured his daughter for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The informant also mentioned in the FIR that it appeared from bare perusal of the dead body that deceased was strangulated to death. The informant has also mentioned that the petitioners and husband of the deceased has murdered her.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No. 1 and 2 are old mother-in-law and father-in-law whereas petitioner No. 3 and 4 are nandosi and nanad of the deceased and they have no concern to the alleged occurrence. He has also submitted that the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody.
