2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11507 of 2023(3) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach before the respondent no. 5, the District Programme Officer (Estab.), District-Vaishali for redressal of their grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
