This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Begusarai SC/ST P.S. Case No.30 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation in the First Information Report, I direct the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20287 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 abovenamed, to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered and disposed of on the same day, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant anticipatory bail.
