Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with S.T. Case No.194 of 2020 arising out of Jandaha P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 16.10.2020, the bail of the petitioners was rejected with a direction to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charge has been framed on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13213 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 27.11.2020 (Annexure-3 of the bail application) and petitioners are in jail custody since 31.8.2019.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-Xith, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S.T. Case No.194 of 2020 arising out of Jandaha P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018.
