2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 354, 448, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the petitioner is said to have inflicted iron rod blow upon the leg of Anjani Devi due to which she suffered fracture injury. It is further alleged that the petitioner outraged the modesty to her and snatched one Gold chain from her neck.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55026 of 2024(3) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 committed no offence. He submitted that both the parties are agnates and there is an admitted land dispute between the parties. There is a case and counter case between the parties and members of both parties have sustained injury. Moreover, the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Arish/- U T
