At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, hence, he be directed to take a final decision in the matter. 3.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that in case, such a representation has been filed and the same is still pending, a final decision shall definitely be taken by the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif to take a final decision upon the representation filed by the petitioner, in case the same has been filed and is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt /
