2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 214 of 2023, G.R. No. 822/2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per prosecution, 72 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.06.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54379 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge of Excise Court No. 02, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 214 of 2023, G.R. No. 822/2023.
