Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, allegation is that co-accused, Vinod Singh, Rudal Singh, and Awadhesh Singh caught hold of the brother of the informant and Mritunjay Singh (petitioner) assaulted with knife on right side of his chest, as a result of which he died.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7005 of 2021(4) dt.15-07-2021 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
