JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Halsi P.S. Case No.3 of 2014 instituted under Sections-304 B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the own brother-in-law of the deceased who had found dead by hanging. The attention of the Court is drawn to Annexure-2, an application filed by the informant, stating that his sister was mentally disturbed.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Dilip Chaudhary alias Dilip Chowdhary, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with
