2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant and his wife by means of lathi-danda, iron rod as a result of which informant sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, nature of injury and criminal antecedents of the petitioner,
